Project Descriptor:
Students engaged in in-depth research and exploration of physical, emotional, and mental exercises. They investigated the benefits of each type of exercise, the science behind it, and how it affects our bodies and minds. They also explored different exercise routines, techniques, and activities that promote physical fitness, emotional resilience, and mental focus. Through inquiry-based learning, students asked questions, gathered evidence, and developed a deep understanding of the significance of exercise in their lives.
