Grade: Grade 5

Project Descriptor: Too much littering in our school and around us, lack of visibility of dustbins around the school. As students work through this project they will recognize and describe how the activities of the individuals affect our environment. Students to participate in service learning projects to improve the environment and reduce energy consumption in the school and around us. Students to establish the Green team which will consist of students from each class and teachers who will work to ensure that our school environment is kept clean and neat at all times.
