If fees are in arrears, the Future Nation Schools reserves the right to take the necessary steps as per the conditions of the contract.

Annual Fee Information:

If the annual fee is not settled in full by 31 December 2025, the payment option automatically reverts to the monthly option and the discount will no longer apply.

Payments:

• The school fee payments may be made annually or monthly in advance on or before the 1st of every month.
• Debit orders are a pre-requisite for re-registration in 2026 unless the full 2026 annual fee is received upfront by 31 December 2025. Please note that the School enforces a strict policy on accounts in arrears. All monthly accounts are payable via debit order only, failing which your account will be converted to termly.

Sibling Discount:

The eldest two children in the family pay the standard tuition. The following sibling discount will apply to tuition and will be processed on a monthly basis to your school account:

• Third sibling 3% discount on tuition
• Fourth and additional siblings 5% discount on tuition

Capital Development Levy:

The Capital Development Levy is charged per student to create funds to be used by the School to maintain and develop the School’s grounds and facilities.

Outstanding Fees:

If fees are in arrears, the school reserves the right to take the necessary steps as per the conditions of the contract.

Accelerated Payment Plan:

A mandatory accelerated payment plan will be applicable for parents who have previously failed to adhere to the monthly payment obligations and/or parents who do not meet our admissions credit requirements. An upfront deposit will be required before re-registration for the 2026 academic year i.e. payable by 31 December 2025. Strictly no financial arrangements will be entered into in Term 1 2026.

Arrears Penalties:

Fees not paid on or before the due date will bear interest, default administration costs and collection costs, at R500 per month per student.

* Grade 12:

• Debit orders for Grade 12 monthly fees are payable over 8 months i.e. 1 January 2026 – 1 August 2026.
• Future Nation Schools subsidises the registration fee for the Independent Examinations Board (“IEB”) examinations for the National Senior Certificate (”NSC”) for each Grade 12 student, however, the registration fee is only covered for students whose accounts are in good standing. The 2026 registration fee is R9 669 per student. Should your account be in arrears by 1 March 2026, you will be liable to pay for the IEB registration fee, over and above the tuition, failing which your child will not be registered for the 2026 NSC examinations.

Termination Notice Period:

In the event that a parent wishes to deregister a student, the school requires a full school term’s written notice. Should sufficient notice not be given, parents will be held liable for a full term’s fees in lieu of notice.
