Computerising the health system
By Kananelo Molokwane
The morale of hospital employees may be improved through computerized technology. They can improve workflow efficiency, optimize administrative processes, and promote communication. Staff workers may feel less stressed and more satisfied with their jobs if paperwork is reduced, and some procedures are automated. But for computerized systems to be successfully implemented, sufficient training, support, and resistance to dealing with any change are all necessary. By considering these elements, the beneficial effect on staff morale can be enhanced.
