Newzroom Afrika Interview: Specialised skills needed in accounting

On Friday, Sifiso Learning Group co-founder, Sizwe Nxasana delivered a public lecture at UNISA. The lecture evaluated progress made in the accounting profession and education in 30 years of democracy in the country. He spoke to Newzroom Afrika’s Naledi Moleo about the discussion as well as why we need to teach differently at school and university to erode barriers of entry that exist in scarce-skill careers such as accounting.
