The project explored innovative strategies to protect and restore the aquatic environment while identifying sustainable ways to utilise its resources for human benefit. The research focused on analysing key threats to aquatic ecosystems, including pollution, overfishing, and climate change, by reviewing case studies and scientific reports. Keabetswe investigated a specific aspect of the issue, such as reducing plastic waste, promoting sustainable fishing practices, or improving water management systems. The project emphasised critical thinking and creativity, as learners proposed actionable solutions, supported by evidence, to mitigate these challenges.
