Competition Terms and Conditions – Future Nation Schools

1. Eligibility:
   • The competition (“the Competition”) is open to all current parents or legal guardians with accounts in financial good standing with students enrolled at Future Nation Schools.
   • Future Nation Schools employees, their immediate family members and anyone professionally associated with the Competition are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:
   • To enter the Competition, parents must refer potential parents to Future Nation Schools.
   • Referrals must be made by personally speaking to the potential parent and providing them with accurate information about the school.
   • During the application process, the potential parent must mention the name of the referrer (current parent) to ensure proper tracking and entry into the draw.
   • Referrals must be made within the competition period stated by Future Nation Schools.
   • Only referrals convert into successful applications for the 2025 school year will be entered into the final draw.

3. Prize:
   • The prize consists of one year’s free school fees for the youngest child of the winning family registered at Future Nation Schools in 2025.
   • The prize covers the 2025 academic year’s tuition fees and the annual development levy for the youngest child.
   • The prize does not cover Karri app payments for aftercare, events, excursions, or tuck shop expenses.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
   • One prize will be awarded. Eligible entries from both Future Nation Schools’ Lyndhurst Campus and Future Nation School’s Fleurhof Campus will be entered into the draw and one winner will be chosen.

     4. Competition Duration:

• • • The competition period is 20 April 2024 to 31 November 2024 – all  successful parent referrals made during this period will qualify. Winners will be announced in the second week of December 2024.
    • Future Nation Schools reserves the right to extend or terminate the Competition at its discretion without prior notice.

5. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.
   • The decision of Future Nation Schools in all matters related to the Competition, including the winner selection, will be final and binding.

6. General Terms:
   • By participating in the Competition, parents agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   • Future Nation Schools reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
   • Future Nation Schools reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   • Future Nation Schools shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Competition or the acceptance or use of the prize.
   • The Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
